Mozilla Firefox Browser help to reduce Broadband Bill.

I too thought just as you. But its not happened like that, I've consulted some geeks and they told me "Your browser may block the content as you wished to block, but at the same time it is happening at your pc end not at your ISP end. Those data is passing over your ISP before coming to your PC. So calculations will be done ".
